Chaleun Sekong Group Limited was established and first registered in 2009 as Chaleun Sekong Construction Co., Ltd and has an investment company of the integrated construction and road-construction group of companies. Later in 2011, it changed its name to the current one, Chaleun Sekong Group Co., Ltd.

CSC Complex Center Sole Co., LTD is a member of the Chaleun Sekong Group (CSG) that operates a business distributing construction materials, tools & equipment, and home and building decorations, offering a full range from basic construction materials to modern interior finishings. The company was established in 2014 in Pakkse Capital, Champasak Province, and officially launched in 2016 with the goal of becoming a comprehensive center for construction materials based on modern trade concepts (modern trade). CSC imports reputable products at reasonable prices from both domestic and international suppliers. The products are sourced from various certified manufacturers around the world to meet the demands of customers across the Lao PDR in order to be in line with the company's slogan:
